(June 3, 2020, 12:16 am)You will not find a better priced apartment in Dublin than here. The Residences at Sawmill are conveniently located on Sawmill. Close to many retail and food locations. Sherrie (apartment manager) and Chuck (maintenance) are always ready and willing to help. They strive to make the complex cleaner and are always there to fix any issue you might have. I only moved to help care for my father. But if I ever move back to Dublin/Columbus I will go back here without question!

(August 14, 2017, 12:04 pm)We lived here for a year and any time we needed maintenance work done, we had assistance within a shortly, timely manner. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. We were sad to leave.
(March 31, 2017, 2:18 pm)I absolutely love this apartment complex. We have lived here for a year and a half and we love it. Management is great and understanding. I would recommend this apartment.
(June 5, 2016, 4:22 pm)this place isn't bad, it's near shopping and food, on the bus line... turning onto sawmill is a pain in the A, but yea. they raised our rent when we renewed it which was.... annoying. but yes, not a horrible place to live. pet friendly/washer dryer hookup
