“Pure Barre has been one of the best things to happen to me, plain and simple. Prior to starting Pure Barre in July 2021, I hadn’t exercised regularly in probably 10 years. I had all but given up on taking care of myself, until my best friend recommended I try it out. I immediately fell in love with the classes, and I won’t lie, it is challenging, but that is one of the best parts about Pure Barre. Even after 15+ months of consistently coming to class, it is never ‘easy,’ because you have the opportunity to get better and better and push yourself more each time. I have noticed huge improvements in my strength and flexibility; but in addition to physical changes, I am in a totally different place mentally and emotionally, and I know Pure Barre has had a huge impact on that. I can’t say enough about the whole team at Pure Barre New Albany, the teachers are very motivational, and the other participants in the classes are friendly and can also help to push you to be a better version of yourself. Would highly recommend trying Pure Barre to anyone who hasn’t, and know that you don’t need any dance training to participate. It is a class for anyone wanting to make a change or challenge themselves to improve in any aspect of life.”

“The complaints about running on time are true to an extent. However, when he sees you, he will spend just as much time with you as the other patients before you. I’ve seen many Docs for conditions and he is the most thorough Doc I’ve ever seen or gone to. He’s also a professor with OSU medical and I believe that’ a factor why he runs behind. He’s in “teaching mode.” He's very big on patient education. Very detailed! He will stay in your room and explain everything with you. To call this doctor a quack because he can run very behind, is ridiculous. He is far from it! I’ve had to wait for long periods before, and even had to leave a couple times. But, I will say I’m fine waiting and would never leave his office for that. When you find a great Doc, you don’t let it go. The best things come to those who wait. Make sure your phone is charged and candy crush is downloaded.”
