“8:30pm In a last ditch effort my friend and I set out on our quest to patch a tear in his carpet. Mind you this was 1 day before he had to be out of his apartment due to lease being up. The associates in flooring (I believe Amy and Randy) were 100% on top of their game. They Helped us get exactly what we needed extremely fast and at a great price. On the way out we asked Holly where the hammers were and without blinking an eye she sent us to isle 12. Finally we were greeted with a big smile and an amazing cashier at isle 1. GREAT EXPERIENCE”

“David at Mattress Firm was fantastic!!! This was our first time shopping at Mattress Firm and we cannot overstate how excellent the service was here. David was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we made our decision. My husband and I came in not really sure of what we wanted and he helped us figure out the perfect mattress for us and our needs. He was always there if we needed anything but also gave us space to make our decision without being pushy or rushing us. He was very understanding of our budget as well which we greatly appreciated!
