“Dr. Quinlin is pretty knowledgeable about holistic medicine and cares about my overall well-being. I feel that having a holistic doctor is important because we're on the same page with most things, including diet, organics, natural remedies, etc. Sometimes it takes a while to get in to see her. I've had to schedule a few months out, which is frustrating, but usually not a big deal. The other staff members are usually pretty friendly, especially when I have my kids with me for an appointment. They love getting organic suckers when we leave.”

“The apartments are very spacious. My mom was able to bring a large loveseat and over sized chair with a few end tables in the living area. Also placed a round dining table with 2 chairs in the same area. The nurses and caregivers have pretty much stayed the same for the 6 months my mom has been here. This has given us the opportunity to establish good relationships. This also has been the case for all of the other staff in StoryPoint. Very friendly and always willing to help with any questions we have. The activity staff has encouraged my mom to participate in many of the games, entertainment and exercise events provided on a daily basis. She has something to look forward to each day. I will say it is important to have family as advocates to make sure all needs are taken care of and addressed, especially in those first few weeks/months after moving in. This of course is with any facility where an elderly person is being taken care of. Those advocates have to keep on top of medical issues, billing charges, etc. The move to StoryPoint for my mom has overall been a good experience.”

I had the French toast sandwich subbed turkey bacon, which was excellent. Breakfast potatoes were seasoned well, unique flavor, on point. I could barely eat half of it so be prepared for leftovers. Waitress was very nice and accomodating. Can't wait to come back!”

“I have never felt more welcomed than when I walk into that building every morning. The lunch ladies are the nicest that you will ever meet at any school. The hallways can get crowded at times but remember when you get overwhelmed there are couches to sit in the rotunda. The system is rigged kids in my class never turned in one paper and someone passed with a B just by getting an A on his tests. The study hall room is a little musty so remember go to the media center everyday that’s available....take that from someone who had 1st 2nd and 3rd period 1st semester sophomore year.”
