“I’ve worked here since February of 2021. This is the longest I’ve stayed at any trucking company in the 9 years I’ve been a trucker. All of the dispatchers are easy to work with. I’ve had moments with each one, but once I figured out their personalities, , and became able to understand the expectations from each of them, things got a lot easier. The owner, Kim, is the best boss I’ve ever had as a trucker. He really has our backs. His office staff are very trucker friendly as well. It’s all in how we carry ourselves, and how well we have their backs as well. The mechanics are all there to work, and they know what they’re doing. My truck gets worked on as needed. The repair shop is a “well oiled machine”. My truck gets washed frequently. My hoses and fittings are washed by the fellas in the wash bays. I highly recommend working here. My pay is great most of the time. There are slow months, but that is expected. I have lots of home time too. I’ve never heard anyone complain that they hate working for Kim.”

“Happy to recommend Tom and team at Chagrin Painting Co. They power washed our house, painted the trim and stained the cedar siding. They were professional, very careful, cleaned up daily and did a great job. Their price was in the middle of our quotes, but the lowest price concerned us because the services listed were not complete. Tom was the only one that also identified some technicalities about our trim that was very helpful. Only thing I would recommend is to stay on communication - sometimesI didn’t hear back from emails. But they did an excellent job, in a timely manner for a reasonable price.”

“I have had Joe as my mechanic for years. He has always been knowledgeable, fast, honest and helpful. I was thrilled when I found out that he opened a shop of his own. One day my husband came home to tell me that my car was overheating. I immediately called Joe. He looked at it that night. He informed me that I had a crack in my engine block. I was devastated. I know that a new engine is very expensive. He could have tried to replace the engine himself and make money, but he told me that it could possibly be a factory recall. He instructed me to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership and he was right, it was covered under the recall!! I had the engine replaced by the dealership. I was pleased until my car started to lose power and jerk and a light came on on the dashboard. I immediately called Joe. He said it is misfiring and that since I had the engine replaced by the dealer I should call them. I called the dealer and took it to them again. I got my car back and the problem continued and it went into the dealer 2 more times. Frustrated with the dealer I called Joe and asked if he could please look at my car and tell me what is wrong. H had me bring it to him and within 10 minutes told me what was wrong. He didn't even charge me for his time. I called the dealer told them what he said and took it to them. The problem was finally fixed! If I wouldn't have called Joe I would probably still be taking my car into the dealer to get it to quit misfiring.”
