I have had Joe as my mechanic for years. He has always been knowledgeable, fast, honest and helpful. I was thrilled when I found out that he opened a shop of his own.
One day my husband came home to tell me that my car was overheating. I immediately called Joe. He looked at it that night. He informed me that I had a crack in my engine block. I was devastated. I know that a new engine is very expensive. He could have tried to replace the engine himself and make money, but he told me that it could possibly be a factory recall. He instructed me to contact the dealership.
I contacted the dealership and he was right, it was covered under the recall!! I had the engine replaced by the dealership. I was pleased until my car started to lose power and jerk and a light came on on the dashboard. I immediately called Joe. He said it is misfiring and that since I had the engine replaced by the dealer I should call them. I called the dealer and took it to them again. I got my car back and the problem continued and it went into the dealer 2 more times. Frustrated with the dealer I called Joe and asked if he could please look at my car and tell me what is wrong. H had me bring it to him and within 10 minutes told me what was wrong. He didn't even charge me for his time. I called the dealer told them what he said and took it to them. The problem was finally fixed! If I wouldn't have called Joe I would probably still be taking my car into the dealer to get it to quit misfiring.

Sam just fix my suv today did really good job and the price is really reasonable.. I would definitely be taking my car back to them again thanks so much guys..
