The staff have been EXTREMELY friendly and I never felt pressure to buy anything, nor was I given the feeling of being watched over as I figured out what I wanted to buy (I'm big into fragrance so I browse a lot). I've had some experiences at locations where I live in another State where people followed me around and watched me like a hawk (Not sure if it's because I don't wear makeup or what? Not sure.) But I felt so at ease to really look at the products and really decide what I want to buy. “I would like to share some details about the accessibility of this store. This is a store with a large variety of items at great prices! When initially entering the store, I was happy to find that there was a ramp and an automatic door at the entrance. There were also accessible parking spots close to the entrance. When inside, the atmosphere was not very loud which is helpful for people who are sensitive to sound. The store was also well-lit for those with visual impairments. Although there wasn't any braille in the store, there were signs signifying that employees would be happy to assist you if you need any help. Most of the aisles were open and wide. The only aisle that might be an issue was the aisle with pillows and comforters which was a bit more narrow. Some of the shelves were tall which may cause issues for some people - while this is true, the employees would gladly help. Lastly, the entrance to the bathroom hallway was more narrow, but there was a low toilet and grab bars to help when inside.”

“What a wonderful experience! We attended a goat yoga class while on a girls' trip. Our ages ranged from 68 down to 8 months. None of us came with yoga experience. We had the BEST time!! It was such an accepting, inviting, inclusive environment. The goat interactions were facilitated by a goat handler who guided the bouncing baby goats through the room so that everyone had equal opportunities to interact with the goats while her daughter led the yoga class. It was pure joy! We all left feeling uplifted by the serotonin and dopamine boost! Would highly recommend this experience!”

“I believe this was my first time purchasing anything from Eddie Bauer. I stumbled upon an online sale and decided to order two flannels. Unfortunately, I am smack dab in the middle between a size Large and a size Medium. I took a gamble and ordered two mediums… and they were slightly two small. So I decided to come to this location to confirm that the size large would indeed fit me correctly. I brought the two mediums with me just to compare and Sarah, who I believe is one of the managers here, ended up taking it upon herself to process my return in store saving me a decent amount of money, time and hassle, on what would have been the cost of return shipping. To complicate things, the sale on these two flannels had ended. Unlike many other retail locations, instead of writing me off Sarah continued to work the problem until she was able to successfully accept the exchange. I really appreciated her willingness to help on a busy Saturday afternoon! These may have been my first Eddie Bauer purchases but I’m sure they will not be my last! Thanks!”
