I have arthritis in my knees and my right knee is worse than left, I saw on here numerous people recommended Kettering Health Far Oaks Orthopedists. I was there today and saw Dr. Jerry Ahluwalia ( they call him Dr. Jerry) and his assistant Gina. From check in knee X-ray and receiving injection I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, the physician was so soft spoken, kind, knowledgeable and actually apologized after injection for the pain. They loved going there and some of the teachers are still there when they went there. it was such a positive experience for my daughter that she works there during the summer and a few days a week as a teacher. She attends University of Dayton as a major in Education. She loves the people she works with and her kids. “I bought a lemon of a certified pre-owned Kia from a different dealer out of state and had it shipped to me. On arrival it had several issues. Since that dealership was too far away, I had to get it repaired at a local Kia dealer. I called two other dealers and had over a two-month wait and neither of them wanted any part of helping me. Beavercreek Kia got me in in less than 2 days and had my vehicle fixed in time for an upcoming trip we had planned previously where three other Kia dealerships had failed me. I have to take it back to have two other minor issues fixed that couldn't be addressed in time for the trip. I was very impressed with how the obviously annoyed staff immediately intervened and kindly educated this customer as to why she is not to do that... Explaining the bird doesn't understand that kind of aggressive play and not to do that as it will make this gentle sweet bird aggressive toward others. “From the first inquiry on a used Jeep Gladiator that my husband came across one at Germain Ford, he knew it was the perfect vehicle for him, and definitely the right dealership to deal with. It was about a three hour drive for us, and Troy went above and beyond by going out and looking everything that we had questions about on the jeep. He was very honest, very professional. When we arrived in Beavercreek, and pulled into the dealership lot, we were greeted by Sarah, she is amazing. She grabbed the keys and said take it on a test drive to lunch! We came back and signed the paperwork that was all ready. We had everything worked out prior with the trade of our Ram and did the financing with them. Travis was the finance manager, he came out and talked before we went back to finish the last part. It definitely didn’t feel like we had just met these people!
