The main ones were that Steve Barber took time to review in detail what they could do, set realistic estimates of pricing in our first meeting, and was extremely responsive. We could tell he cared about the quality of work and ensuring transparency. We remodeled 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, added a 2 car garage, and patio. We are THRILLED with the outcome. I couldn’t recommend Steve Barber Construction enough. It’s very hard to find a contractor you can trust and rely on for suggestions. We truly felt like a team.
