(November 23, 2022, 9:18 am)Hidden Valley is under new management and they are doing a great job. The new manager onsite is very responsive and is focused on the needs of the RV owners. The storage units are also very solid, secure, and competitively priced. There is a reason there is a wait list to get into this park; customer service, location, pricing, & clean grounds.
(November 4, 2022, 7:25 pm)The new ownership and management are great. Everybody I’ve interacted with at the park are very nice. Storage units are also a nice touch. Pricing was very reasonable, I called two other places in Cincinnati. Also close to Walmart, Menards, food, etc.
(November 4, 2022, 7:21 pm)Laura the new park manager is awesome. She always answers the phone and is very kind and responsive. This park has really been cleaned up. The storage units are in great shape. We will definitely be using Hidden Valley again in the future.
