“Both sets of my grandparents are buried at this cemetery. Also two aunts and Three uncles. I live in Virginia. When I come back home to North Carolina I visit their graves and have taken flowers to put there. Once when I was there there was a problem with one of the flower vases. I could not get it out. I went to the office and asked Katy Lail if someone could help me. Johnny Forbes came down and got down on hands and knees (it had started to rain) and fixed the vase for me. He also cleaned off my grandparents marker He was not asked to do that. The respect that Mr Forbes showed me was inspiring. He was so very nice. This cemetery is one of the prettiest and well kept that I have ever seen and the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Visit Virginia and look at these here if you do not believe me. Thank you at Catawba for taking such good respectful care of my loved ones.”

“Went here last week, I read the reviews and quite surprised as I go to this branch frequently. Maybe the time I went here could have been a factor but it was around 1pm. I was greeted when I came in through the back door and asked what would I need help with. I waited for 10 minutes before I was called to a desk and quite frankly, I think people just need more patience. As I was waiting to see someone, the line for the teller was moving at an average pace compared to my other financial institutions including different BoA branches.”

“This is a small, family owned business. We dealt with all three employees following my mother's death. Everyone was considerate and respectful. They took care of everything we needed, and were a great comfort. They made sure everything was taken care of, allowing us to focus on us. The building is gorgeous. Not your typical design, it felt more like stepping into a beautiful conservatory than a funeral home. Lots of light and soaring ceilings, it was one of the best designed buildings I've seen. It felt like a celebration of my mom's life, and brought a sense of peace during a tough time. Highly recommended for personal service and respect.”
