The potato salad, let’s start there. For years, I haven’t tasted anything that compares to the authentic Amish style potato salad, served throughout northeast Ohio. Today was my lucky day. Not sure what the secret ingredients are, but the creamy, consistent flavors, combined with added bits of peppers and the perfectly textured potatoes resulted in the best potato salad I ever had! Add to that a bountiful serving of saucy, tender rib tips and yams so good, you’d think it was Thanksgiving. I can’t wait to try the peach cobbler next time.”
