I received a call from Alex, one of the technicians, in very short order with an approximate appointment time for the same day. Alex arrived early (with my permission) and was incredibly personable, professional and extremely hardworking. He made sure to explain everything in detail and showed me everything that was causing the issues. He asked me several times if I had additional questions or concerns. Alex absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable not only with the work being done, but with the temperature of my home until the job could be completed. Everyone was some so accommodating to her and us, from the admission department to housekeeping. Therapy was excellent and on point. Her nurses were knowledgeable and always smiling! We particularly found of Kim . The aides were attentive to her needs. Her Case Manager was always checking in on her and ensuring things were going smoothly. You can tell these people are compassionate about their jobs. If the needs arises again for a family member to go to rehab, we know where to go!!!”
