Like any business, there was mistake made. I wanted to meet them onsite for the delivery and somehow a phone number was swapped and I was not informed. I was quite disappointed. I called Jones and spoked to Adam Hater, the COO. He was extremely understanding at the great level of disappointment. He went above and beyond to make it up. At our next delivery he hand picked very nice, very healthy XL fish and gave extra fish to make up for it. As a business owner, I totally understand mistakes... what matters is how you handle them. Maronda has great sales people and construction foremen. However, the Maronda Leadership located here in Cincinnati is nothing to be desired. Five Builders built homes in Woodlawn Meadows overall the community came together very well. If Considering Maronda...have paperwork reviewed by an attorney.”
