“The technician was awesome. The front receptionist was good. The doctor needs more people skill. He was professional, however; in my opinion, lacking people skill. You need more technicians like the one who was my hygienist today. ***** I do agree that they canceled an appointment and no one bothered to tell me. I was actually on my way for the appointment, I called to make sure of the time. At that time, I was told my appointment had been canceled bc my hygienist was no longer with them. I was upset and was rescheduled for 3 weeks later. My new hygienist was awesome. I liked Taylor and the lady dentist really really well. Call patient whenever changes are made”

Even while treating at both facilities simultaneously the Cincinnati Children's therapists couldn't believe our child's progress from Speech Language Therapy Services and encouraged that we focus our efforts there and discontinue services from Cincinnati Children's (unofficially). Our child continues to have exceptional results and won't need much more help. Go from speech delay to normal or even advanced in 1-2 years. Our child needed extra help and thanks to Speech Language Therapy Services that help was delivered. Of numerous places we went for help, this was the only place where we found it. I only hope that others find this review and take their child(ren) here first. Our child's results were impossible according to Cincinnati Children's, yet Speech Language Therapy Services made it look routine and easy, and my child had a lot of fun in the process. I could not possibly recommend them more. Amazing!”

“I have been In PT with various companies over 50 years. I recently signed with the Nova Care Rehab Colerain. I am very impressed with kind, considerate and professional approach of all staff. I was only there for my initial visit when I experienced a setback due to Vertigo. My first thought was I was not going to be able to continue. I spoke to Garrett to cancel my second appointment and explained what was going on. I kept my appointment two days later. When I got there still suffering from Vertigo, I was greeted by Garrett and Will. Garrett had already established new exercises so I could continue on the plan. I have never had this type of reaction to needing to change. Will took me through the routine and assisted me when I needed help. Because of their quick reaction, I have been doing exercises daily at home and walked two miles yesterday. If you or someone you love is looking for PT this is definitely the place to go.”
