“I had to get a new copy of my birth certificate and I was honestly dreading my visit. I pictured a DMV-type hellscape and had set some time aside just in case. Well turns out I was way off the mark. The staff here is friendly and helpful, which was needed for me because it's a big building (enter in the back in my case). The kiosk system to order documents and then hop across the hall for the document itself is great. Easy peasy. I was in and out in 10 or so minutes, give or take. Well-oiled machine here and friendly folks to help you get where you want to be.”

“Simply the best experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office, ever. I applied to be a patient Friday evening, Saturday night completed the paperwork, and received a call Monday morning asking if I was available Tuesday at 9am for my new patient appointment. When I arrived, I sat in a small waiting room for less than 5 minutes when I was taken back to a room. A nurse took my vitals and shortly after Dr. Frank (Francis) entered the room. My God, is this guy the most genuine person I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt more comfortable talking about personal medical issues in my life. He’s quick to smile, quick to tell a joke, and very thorough in the initial visit. I’d been going to St Elizabeth my entire life, I’ll turn 32 next year, I had no idea that I was in the age range most susceptible to testicular cancer, (almost in the clear) … it had never been discussed with me. This was covered in my first visit. I could go on and on and on. Honestly for the first time in my life I felt like a patient, and I had a doctor who wasn’t looking every answer up in a database or reading off a script. I HIGHLY recommend this private practice.”

“If Rolls-Royce opened up a dental implant periodontist practice I cannot believe that it could possibly be any better than Dr. Mark Silvers! When I broke a front-tooth at the gum-line, my regular dentist recommended Dr. Silvers. He and his phenomenal staff managed to calm my [substantial] fears and ultimately make the process of extracting the broken portion of the tooth remarkably-unremarkable! Later, my regular dentist managed to break-off a screw meant to mount an implant to replace the missing tooth --- back to Dr. Silvers who this time had to go PDD [pretty-damn-deep] in my jaw to retrieve the broken screw... once again, Dr. Silvers and his staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and competency that is rare if not unique in today's world. I am limited to no more than 5-stars on this platform so I'll give my ****** 6-star review here!”
