“My Uncle John lived there for nearly 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the nurses, the staff, and the facilities. Although few family members rarely if ever visited him. I visited him as frequently as I could. And I think Kenwood Terrace had volunteers from churchs visit people, as well. He had a bed by a window, a television right next to his bed, and always had books that he enjoyed to read. He told me himself how much he liked the way he was treated there.”

“I owe an apology to Aaron, Jane and especially Wumi (I hope I spelled her name correctly.) All three were very kind and very professional. Wumi was a little late to pick me up for an appointment, and I became hysterical, but ultimately I know why she was a little late. She was driving in East Price Hill, a very confusing neighborhood. I've lived in EPH for three years, and it is THE MOST confusing neighborhood in Cincinnati. In the end, Wumi arrived and got me to my appointment on time. She was very sweet and professional, really a delight to have as a driver and companion as I faced outpatient surgery. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat, and I'd recommend the kind folks at Queen City Homecare to anyone who needs this kind of facility.”

“I have been a patient of Arthritis Knee Pain Center for seven months and have been very happy with the service I have received and the results they have achieved. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and took care of getting approval from Medicare while I was there for my initial exam. I've had steroid and other types of injections in my knee before but they never seemed to last as long as the treatment I'm receiving now. I was virtually pain free for about 6 months after my first round. By the end of the 7th month I started to have moderate pain in my right knee and went back. I was approved for another series and within 24 hours of my first injection the pain was gone. The injections do not harm the soft tissue like some steroid injections can over time. The precision guided injection ensures the lubricating gel goes where it is supposed to. You can actually see it on the monitor. I look forward to keeping my knees intact and functioning for a long time and avoiding knee replacement thanks to Dr. Lamont Smith and all the staff at Arthritis Knee Pain Center of Cincinnati.”

“I wrote a review 5 days about my frustration with the lack of protection this Kroger had during this pandemic. I had to go into the store to return items yesterday and was very much relieved and impressed the difference 4 days made. I went in during the early hours of 7 to 9 so I Can’t account for the rest of the day but all employees had mask and I was especially happy to see that the self check outs were being cleaned and will maintained. I was happy to see the other shoppers mostly all wearing mask and following safe distancing. I had been getting click list since the start of the pandemic and hopefully I will be able to Do my own shopping since I have seen the precautions Krogers are implementing.”
