For today they had to disconnect kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal so we can put in a new countertops. Schlueter will return after the installation of countertops and reinstall all plumbing fixture. On Oct 2,2025. Returned today Oct 2 to finish putting in the new faucet after we had new granite installed. Everything was done with care and installation complete. “Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.”

“I used Mainline to do a sewer scope for a property I’m buying in Covington Ky. He came highly recommended by my realtor. And I really appreciated him coming out of his way. I did ask if he was able to come a little earlier so he could be there at the same time as my whole home inspection. He came early and boy was he friendly. Immediately I loved his warm and friendly energy. He answered all our questions and explained in great detail everything he was doing and seeing during his scope. The video of the scope was great. The quality and clarity was as good as it could have been for something like this. Not to mention the music he plays while scoping the sewer. It was silly and much appreciated. He was professional, kind, timely, and definitely someone you wish you were friends with. I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/5 stars if you ask me.”

I made an "emergency" no heat call on a Saturday morning (after waiting for a company with which I had a 20 year customer relationship for over 3.5 hours). I received a call from Alex, one of the technicians, in very short order with an approximate appointment time for the same day. Alex arrived early (with my permission) and was incredibly personable, professional and extremely hardworking. He made sure to explain everything in detail and showed me everything that was causing the issues. He asked me several times if I had additional questions or concerns. Alex absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable not only with the work being done, but with the temperature of my home until the job could be completed.
