“I was extremely impressed with Michael, I am usually a DIY dad, my kid is student and works part time, and her alternator stopped charging her battery, I drove up from Columbus with a handful of tools, on a cold Saturday afternoon, popped the hood and knew, I am not the right guy for this job!! After calling the few shops still open and knowing they couldn’t do anything until Monday or Tuesday, I called Lands, Michael understood our situation and urgency, he immediately responded with a more than fair quote and an accurate time frame to complete.
