“Service Dept. review: I have a 2020 Gladiator, purchased new from Mathews. Tried to start it a couple days ago - dead! Jumped it, it started, I let it run for several minutes, shut it off, tried to start it again - dead! I called Mathews service department, told them what was going on, he said "it's the battery". He could have taken advantage of my ... uh hem, lets call it lack of automotive knowledge, scheduled me for service, charged me a lot! He didn't, and for that I am very appreciative! I do have enough knowledge to remove the battery, and reinstall a new one, which I did and viola'! problem solved! Thanks for not taking advantage of me! This is why I will continue to purchase my vehicles at Mathews!”

None of the usual places I check in the Columbus area had what I was looking for, so I branched out a bit farther. Cody was very nice and helpful with getting me set up on 3 test rides on my visit. Had to think it over, got his card, called later that day to buy one of the bikes I rode. Went back a day or two later to pick it up. I probably wasn't in the shop more than 20-30 minutes for the entire process. On top of that the price was rounded down quite significantly to the nearest thousand.”
