“Great customer service, very reasonable price and work was done in a timely manner!! We needed a fuel line replaced on our truck and needed it done as soon as possible. I called and talked with Jim told him what we needed and we needed done as soon as possible. He told me to get it to them and they would get it done by the next day. The next day we called them because we hadn’t heard from them yet! Not only did they have it done the same day (which I or them wrote my phone number down wrong) and tried calling us. The cost for the repair and an oil change was very low compared to what we thought it was going to be. Also, Jim took the time to look at our extended warranty on our other vehicle to see if they could take care of any issues we have with it. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! “Basically a slightly larger mom & pop lawn equipment sales and rental business. Everything about this place makes you feel like "You Matter!" This is my 1st tractor purchase and my sales guy "Duane" first listened to my yard needs and concerns, then asked me specific questions before guiding me to the most "cost effective" tractor for my circumstances. No high pressure sales here, just good product information that gives you enough data to feel like you're able to make an informed decision! He even share the history of the equipment and why it differs from the competition. I'm most pleased 😀! Erick Belmer Update after a month with this tractor, I now realize size matters! This place truly struggles with service needs. I got the tractor with a tiller already attached to the rear and with the loader bucket up front. Also got pallet forks and a grapple that I can't use because something called a 3rd function isn't available right now. I used the tractor for the 1st time to till the wife's garden and as soon as I lowered the tiller it stopped working. Called my neighbor who said "Someone cut the shaft to short. I called the dealer the next morning and they set a guy out the next morning. He changed it while I was at work. I went to use the tiller a week later and it wouldn't run at all. Call the dealership and they sent the same guy out. He said he accidentally put a shaft on that was to large, "diameter ". After that the tiller worked. Next I needed my pallet forks to move things only to find the pins wouldn't line up with the openings. Service department told me I needed to drill the hole bigger. I refused and returned the pallet fork for them to repair. Then the service technician says, we need to cut metal off your tractor to make it fit. Lots of problems. No longer pleased. Update! I reached out to the manager/Owner who abruptly apologized for everything that was happening with my tractor. Like the rest of the staff at Holmes Rental and Sales, everything they do and say feels like they Genuinely Care and are truly looking out for you even if everything isn't going as planned. They immediately reached out to the pallet fork builder and had me a new set in about a week,,,,,, which still didn't fit. The guy that brought them out couldn't believe it. He put both sets of pallet forks on the trailer along with my tractor and said, "I'll Be Back!" True to his word, they had to make a minor adjustment to the pallet forks, not the tractor. All fixed now!! They are working on getting my 3rd function valve for my grapple now. I'm most pleased now!! I'm a customer that has purchased the smallest least expensive tractor they sell,, and they've put me on the Front Burner to get me taken care of!!! Again,,,I'm Most Pleased!!! Erick Belmer”
