Didn't purchase our Class C at Ruffs, but should have. We've experienced knowledgeable and friendly service from everyone, Rick, Jeff and Tamara. They fixed all the little things missed from our initial walk-through at a different RV center. On our "shakedown" trip, we had a water leak. Brought it in, and they fixed it, and got us back to camp quickly! Thanks!

I had an issue with installing a toilet on my RV. One of the gentlemen in the Service Department came up to help me find what I needed. I would highly recommend them.

It was a friendly experience. I haven’t had much experience, in fact, this is my first. I only had my roof checked for leaks, had them check the seal around the drivers window, and ensure my LCI self-leveling system recal’d. So far, so good. Time will be my judge. Hopefully, better scores will come.

We highly recommend Ruff’s RV for everything trailers. We had a trailer breakdown and Rick had the trailer repaired and back on the road within 48 hours. They are very knowledgeable matched with great customer service. We know where we are going to purchase out Next RV!
