“We are from out of state and out car broke down on the interstate. They were extremely fast to answer them run out to us on a Sunday. They took us to a wonderful hotel then took it to their shop and looked at it next day. They were able to tell us our car had a catastrophic engine failure then worked with us and a new dealership. Communication was excellent and the work performed in a professional and efficient manner. We were unable to transport a ramp we bought after installation of the shed; but Bill very kindly said he'd bring it to our house and wheel it around the to the shed as it's very heavy. he did not have to do this but went the extra mile after the sale, in November when it's freezing.
