Doesn't matter if it's early or late, weekday or weekend, if he doesn't answer the phone himself his answering service will have him in touch with you within 30 minutes, and he'll be out within a couple of days at most. Yes, he seems gruff but his no-nonsense attitude speaks to the fact that he's all business when dealing with a plumbing issue. Also love that he readily apprentices young folk and although they may not realize it, they're being taught by one of the best in the business.”
