“I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. This is probably step 1 (according to him), but It’s been a month and I finally enjoy driving in the summer rather than dreading it! *This isn’t even the reason I brought my car in.* I am so happy and highly recommend this place!”

“I was pleased by the service at E-Check. I only had to wait for one car ahead of me. The service man was extremely pleasant and very professional. He explained what paperwork he needed, and he asked several questions He had me get out of the car to check the electrical plug in for the car. He had me get back in the car and pull forward and turn off the car and open the gas tank cover to test the pressure of the gas tank. He took the equipment out of the tank and printed out the result of the testing. He gave me the printout and told me my car had passed inspection.”

“I had a nail in my tire and came in for a plug. They found two nails and a gash that was close to popping if I were to hit a decent pot hole. They walked me to the side of the shop to show me. Then, the owner called about four places to try and find the best deal on a new tire for me. Mike was unbelievably kind, and focused on the safety of my two kids and expecting self over the dollar. The first quote he got was $350 and said absolutely not and called others. I ended up with great value, excellent service, and a new place I will refer and return to. Plus, Tonia at the front desk was fantastic while I waited! Absolutely will return.”

“Powertrain Automotive is an outstanding company that deserves a great amount of praise and accolades 👏. I have a '95 Oldsmobile Aurora that only has 82K miles and happens to be a great car although it developed the Northstar engine head gasket-leak issues. Northstar technicians are a very rare breed and are difficult to find. I researched online and was fortunate to find this service located about an hour of travel from where I live. Btw, Powertrain has vehicles with Northstar engines shipped from all around the US to be serviced. Alisha who is the office manager originally took my call and she was very helpful as well as very professional. She is a great listener and took a genuine interest in me as a potential customer. She turned me over to the expert Northstar technician named Dave who happens to be the business owner of Powertrain Automotive. Dave listened carefully to me about my issues with my Aurora and he developed a very logical and viable solution to my plight. He suggested a total rebuild of my engine and I was thoroughly educated by him about how this was the best solution 👌. The whole rebuild took about a month and a half. I also received a 10% discount on labor for being a first-time customer. The cost of this endeavor was very reasonable and the end result was phenomenal. My Aurora drives like a new car. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Btw, he sent me pictures of his work- progress along the way. How many technicians do that? Dave took a situation that first looked hopeless in many ways and through his expertise turned things around in a great way. I tell everyone that I know about Powertrain Automotive!”
