There was some complexity around the transfer and transaction but Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done and in what order to make it happen. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive phone than I wanted, or accessories that I didn’t need. Brandon also found a trade-in discount I would be eligible for. It’s been two weeks and I’m very happy with the purchase. Frank was also in the store that day - I watched both of them interact with a half dozen customers while I was there.
