“I really appreciate all of the amenities Candlewood provides for their guests at a price that isn't overwhelming. The staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean and their checkout time isn't until noon. I love that they have kitchens with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper, cooking items, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator with an.ice maker. In case you may need anything they have an area you can purchase items and have them billed to your room. They also offer washers and dryers where guests can do their laundry at no charge. Feel like cooking out? They have that covered too with very nice grills available and ready to use. They have regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready to use in the shower and dish soap and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. They also have a lending cabinet where you can borrow anything from a blender to a board game and a business center for those that might need it. Basically they go above and beyond to help their guests out and to make sure we're happy. I'd say they do a wonderful job.”

“I placed an order over the phone for carry out and i don’t know what the lady on the phone did but she placed my order to some other location and it wasn’t the one here so when I arrived I told the general manager bout what happened and he was able to put my order in for me with a discount and He even personally brought it out to my car for me! I told him I left him a tip in the jar on the counter as well because when you blessed someone, you gotta pay it forward by giving blessings back. “Last night my daughter was involved in an automobile accident atop the Huey P Long bridge. Obviously she was shaken up, when I arrived, I saw that she was surrounded by 3 of the most professional, yet caring officers, J Sloan and Mike Bernard and another officer I didn't get his name. They truly did their best in comforting and reassuring my daughter, who's only 17 and her first and prayerfully last auto accident, until my arrival. Kudos to them.
