“The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and always said good morning when they saw us. The breakfast staff left a lot to be desired. The room was clean and reasonably quiet (mainly the heavy doors closing). Beds are comfy, lots of pillows! Not the best air conditioning, but we didn’t die. The bathroom and kitchen area in 123 was very, very hot; if we left the exhaust fan on in the bathroom and cracked the door, it helped to cool the room. We noticed a few roaches in the bathroom, but it’s FL… We would definitely stay here again. It was nicer than the other hotels we visited in the Miami area.”

“I excitedly got my first Mini Cooper yesterday. Zach Hill helped us through the whole process from test drive to purchase. Very knowledgeable about the car and helped us find the perfect one for us. Zach was willing to figure out how to get it for us at a price we could afford too. We stopped in on a Saturday & he was having a very busy day and was in the middle of a few other things with different customers but he was still able to give us the attention we needed. He explained everything from a lease to a purchase. While we waited for financing he sat outside with us and went over everything inside the car. Showed me all the cool bells and whistles and even paired my phone . Set the speedometer to digital for me. His knowledge of all things Mini Cooper was impressive. As I told him things I needed, he showed me how to set up and program myself. I was concerned about having room in the trunk (boot) for groceries and he took me back and showed me how to lift the lid and place properly and even how to push the back seats up for more room. Of all the cars we have bought over the years, this was definitely our best experience at any car dealership. Zach Hill is the best!!”
