“Lovely space with great teachers. The all-levels flow is our favorite with such a great balance of "work" and stretching. The studio is clean and inviting. Alyssa and Becca offer plenty of modifiers for challenging poses, but still push you to challenge yourself. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming and the teachers are "real" (I love seeing a teacher wobble a little in pose, reminds me why we call yoga a "practice") Prices are also super reasonable and they have some fun difference classes like kids yoga and a warm-stone relaxation and candle light flow classes”

“As a person who travels often for work I'm constantly getting to see gyms all across the country. From the second I dropped in to this place, I was greeted by a coach who noticed a "newbie" from across the room and ran up to welcome me in. The facility is AWESOME! You can tell the owner, and the people involved care deeply about success inside and out of the gym. The sheer amount of BFA bumper decals is the first sign in the parking lot. The owner chatted with me, a couple coaches spent time with me, multiple members genuinely greeted me. They comped my first class that should have been $20 bucks. They helped me learn new movements, everyone was highly inclusive here. Not to mention it had been about 4 years since I had stepped into a Crossfit location. A few takeaways. The pricing speaks to the quality of the experience. They don't have any sneaky contracts. The facility and equipment is top tier. The people make the place better. The coaches were highly knowledgeable. Super clean. Tons of class time options. Take a second to give Black Flag Athletics a try. I wish I had done this sooner. This is a gem in Cleveland!”

“Resistance Lab provides you with the fundamentals for self defense for everyday life. The lead instructor, Chris is very knowledgeable in many disciplines or delivery systems. The atmosphere of members is inviting to anyone who wants to learn self defense and have a enjoyable experience with most importantly to have fun while learning. The knowledge that you gain and training can be applied to real life scenarios or situations if you dedicate yourself to learning each day you enter the training facility. The facility offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a combat sport, that's uses grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds which can be applied to defending yourself in the street. The school also offers Muay Thai, a combat sport from Thailand, that involves stand-up striking along with clinching when in close quarters with another person or human. Other disciplines include Escrima, a national art of the Phillipines, that teaches weapon based fighting involving knifes, sticks, or other bladed weapons for self defense. The training will push you physically, mentally, and spiritually with fitness and combat self defense involved in all classes. It is a great place to learn and get in shape so you can live your life knowing you are safer with the knowledge that you can acquire from all the training. I highly recommend this training facility for any male or female who wishes to learn self defense and improve their overall physical fitness!”
