They came in found the link explained everything throughout the whole process. I work from home and they did the job in such a profession manner it was like they were not even there! “Today I got fillings, a day after my initial appointment. Staff was absolutely amazing. Made me feel welcomed and immediately address all the concerns that I may have had! Which was dental anxiety. I had a prescription before I left the first visit, for the next few visit I was going to have. They did not disappoint. You’re immediately taken to the back when you arrive for your appointment. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistant to the actual doctor really inhibit cleanliness and professionalism throughout my entire visit, and that did not go without a few laughs as well!! I highly recommend this dental practice for all you dentistry needs!”

“I watched as a mother and father were complaining about something happening in laser tag and when they left the area they were not very happy because the staff cares more about their child being safe then they themselves did. I gathered this info because they two were still complaining as they walked past me about it. It’s good that they care so much about safety. On to my visit now, we had a wonderful time in laser tag, it is very fun and family friendly. We played four or five times. The rules are fair and just. Bowling is always fun and the prices are very reasonable. Food was good, little bit of a wait for service but they seemed to be short staffed and they were busy so it is understandable. Later on we signed up for the ropes course and we showed up a minute or two after time and the lay told us we had to sign up for a new session because they weren’t allowed to leave the entrance gate once the session has started so I made my way to the desk next to it and asked for a refund because we wouldn’t make the next available time, we had to leave right after and as soon as the young man heard why he instantly came out from around the counter and got my two daughters ready for the ropes course himself. After that he apologized and told us to enjoy the rest of our visit. He went to the front and told his coworker that he had gotten two more ready and then told the one at the entrance gate to have a god day that he was already off the clock. I was shocked. Even when not on the clock and when he could have easily brushed us off and said not my problem he still took the time to get us what we wanted.”

All ingredients were fresh, giving the wrap a sense it was homemade. The wrap came with a sliced up apple making this the best lunch bargain around.”

“The Autorama is a gem in NE Ohio! Easy ticket purchase online or at the box office (arrive early if you don't prepay) with friendly staff every step of the way. The concessions area has everything you'd expect plus great extras like chicken wings and funnel cakes. We were told the crowds could get noisy, but all the patrons were respectful and attentive during our visit. Top it all off with excellent (low) prices for food and admission and it made a perfect family night out! We'll be back often!”

“When we visit Cleveland area we are PICKY about where we get pizza because the pizza can be SO GOOD. Happy to say Big M pizza was terrific! Thick Crust pizza similar to Angelos in Lakewood, sauce had a hint of sweetness and they gave us extra on the side. We tried the SUPREME and the meats and veggies (Esp the mushrooms) were Delicious! Restaurant is much larger inside than it appears from the street and it looks like they can open a large window that used to be part of a garage door on nice days/nights. Also had live music about to start when we had to leave. Five stars! Nice to have a great option on West without having to drive to Lakewood!”
