“Very good pork whole slab ribs, Texas toast, and salad. My one criticism is the collard greens...I know, right! Lol...but I love em, and Southerner that I am, I KNOW my greens!! Texture was great, amt of smokey meat, great...just too salty. Did I eat em? You bet, but if they had not been so salty, they would've been DIVINE! No table service here, so nothing fancy, just great food!!! We'll go back.”

“My spouse and I order carryout from Tougen regularly. There is currently no indoor seating due to COVID as of September 2020. Everything on the menu is very good, my favorite in particular is the robatayaki (meat skewers). Very tasty and delicious. The prices are very reasonable, especially the 4-roll sushi dinner for $16.
