The employee there named Brian is really knowledgeable, friendly. I really like him. He does such a good job and he really knows his stuff. I really trust him to give me the answers that I I need with my phone. Unfortunately it took me several months to get this affordable connectivity benefit. Cricket kept saying I had it with them so I couldn't get it with them which made no sense but finally I did. The service is good but when it comes to certain aspects, it can be very difficult to get that sorted out.”
