“I think this is the second time I have bought a washer/dyer from them. The last units lasted 7 years and they were used. Sale person was wonderful. Showed us options that would work for us, and gave us a great deal on delivery and take away. The washer/dyer we picked was a amazing deal, and works great!. The Delivery guys were also wonderful, they hooked everything up for us, and took away are old ones. They were on time, and very nice to my husband who was home, but due to an injury could not go downstairs with them. I will be using them again in the future.”

Another worker was with her but he kept asking her questions about financing for another couple. “Went to St. Luke's Hospital on June 5, 2018 for a medical procedure. Checked in at 8:15 AM on June 5, checked out on June 6 at 11:30 AM. All went well with the exception of one instance of service on June 5 in the evening. When the nurse made her rounds @ 7:30 PM I let her know I would like to take a walk later in the evening, she said for the 1st walk she needs to be present to make sure I'm stable. I called @ 8:50 & said I'm ready to walk. 9:40 nothing. Take a look @ the info board, 9:40 is my next pain meds. I called again & requested my meds! 9:50 nothing! By now I'm in pain, I called again with a light weight go off; "I called a hour ago for a walk, then I called @ 9:40 for meds and I've gotten nothing! She tried to explain how busy the floor has been. I said busy or not its been an hour, that's unacceptable, so you know it took them another 15 mins, (1 hr 15 mins total), to come. I want to file a complaint! I'm ready to go home! Other than that everything else was good, surprisingly enough, even the food. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone”

“Lowe’s is a pretty good place. About the same type of products as the other big box hardware stores. Really the only thing a that keeps me from going there as often as the other the big boxes is the check out. There are never more than two cashiers and it often takes a long time to get through the line. The orange big box store has a bunch of self check out and one can almost literally breeze through the check out process.”
