“This apartment complex is excellent if you're looking for a place to live in the Anthony Wayne school district. It's right near a Churchill's and close to downtown Maumee as well as Perrysburg. It's right by the highway for easy access. As for living conditions, they are wonderful. Management is quick to fix any issues and are very personable. The pool is well maintained in the summer as is the grass. Snow and ice removal are prompt. Highly recommended.”

The choice, quality, price and installation of their product is very competitive, but what is more outstanding is how they treat you as a customer. After several months I had an issue with the carpet they had installed. Monica immediately visited my home and agreed that there was a problem and that she would have her installation foreman take a look at it. He visit was also prompt and he concurred that the carpet needed to be replaced. Not only was the carpet replaced but the padding as well. They wanted me to have "fresh and new" just as I had originally paid for. I cannot tell you how touched i was by this gesture and will never go anywhere else for my floor furnishing. “Absolutely fantastic new park. It is a great example of how habitat restoration can be done and well. Since opening I've come back each spring, all the way from Maine, to see the progression. From the start it attracted hordes of birds and each year a greater diversity call it home. On my visits this year I was horned lark, common gallinule, egret and heron in abundance, terms of every size, white pelican, grebes, several swallow species. I could go on. This park is a treasure in Ohio. I hope even more of the Great Black Swamp is restored some day. It's worth out while. For the less birding inclined, this park is handicap accessible throughout and offers opportunity to paddle in pools. Just wear sunscreen as there is no shade to speak of”
