I've been here twice and every time the employees are very helpful. They once came through for me in a situation I had with my daughters violin and they went over and beyond to help us.

Needed to rent an instrument for my son. It was very simple. Had the best first time trial deal and he for his rented instrument, it was brand new. He was very happy.

Andrew, the store manager was incredibly helpful solving a problem I had with one of my drums. He would not accept payment. So kind of him! This was my first visit to this store an now I won’t shop music anywhere else. I gave a shout out to Rettig Music and Andrew at our band’s performance that same night.

My son plays the cello and rents his cello from here. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The rent money can go towards purchasing an instrument which is the main reason we rent from here. I highly recommend this place.
