“We enjoyed this store very much. They offer beautiful American-made candles, decor, and gift items, and are a Vera Bradley retailer as well. The prices on some items seemed a bit steep if, I'm being honest. I do understand that quality comes at a price, but I got sticker shock from a few things I picked up. I had read about the store online and was expecting a small gift shop, and the factory seconds/out of season section that I had read about online, and was surprised at how large the retail area actually is. I learned later that there was an entire upstairs that I managed to miss, and we were shopping for over an hour. The factory seconds area was very small and had very little to offer. I'm not sure if this is due to being cleared out during the winter holidays, or the production problems that a lot of smaller businesses are facing right now, or if the dozen or so varieties in small quantities are what you'd typically find in that section. I did end up buying some candles, some votive holders, and a Vera Bradley item. They have a wide variety of candle scents. Something for everyone. I will definitely be back.”

Going to Bath and Body Works is like going to the toy store as a kid!!! I love to go in there and browse even if it's a little difficult to smell the products with a mask on!!! There's always a great selection of scented products to look through. There are so many wonderful scented candles, lotions and body washes!! I love the holiday scents, the relaxation scents, and spring scents!! Actually, I love everything there!!! This is also a great place to pick out a gift for a friend or yourself. The girls who work there are always so sweet and helpful!!! Great COVID precautions! I must add this! I was in the Medina store today, and it’s always very clean!!! But, today I saw one of the salesgirls wiping down the bottles that people touch, so it’s even a cleaner store than I thought!!!❤️❤️❤️ There are some really great girls there, too!!! I just love Jess, Vicki and Jessie!!!”

“I enjoy visiting this establishment but the only drawback is the lack of ventilation. The smoke just hangs in the air and gets to be too much for me. I understand it is hard to keep the smell out but they really need to do something better to move and clean the air. The last couple times I walked in my eyes watered and it was hard to breathe even with a mask on. If it wasn't for the smoke being so bad, I would visit more often and stay longer when I do go in.”
