I can go in and find what I need in record time. Dot's is all the wonderful things about a neighborhood grocery. “If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I found this place about a month ago looking for a breakfast burrito. The first time I placed my order I got a veggie breakfast burrito, I was shocked with how great and affordable the prices are for what you get. Not only that, but it is the best breakfast burrito I have ever had and I’m officially addicted. Today around 1:20 I went to place an online order of my usual, and more than half way through my drive I had to pull over as my car was making an obnoxious noise. So trying to figure out what to do and panicking as I don’t know much about cars, time was passing and I wanted to make sure I arrived before they close at 2:30. When I arrived at the drive through (2:15) I was quite frantic and my car was still making an awful noise. After I got my order I was trying to leave quickly to fix the issue and not have to face anymore embarrassment. Thankfully Jordan and Eric, the two people working today ran out to me and asked if it be okay to take a look at my car. It turns out my heat shield became very loose and was dragging on the ground as I drove. One of them ended up pulling it out and saved me from driving 20 minutes of the awful noise and/or it falling off while driving and possibly causing a danger to other drivers. I’m so grateful and appreciative. Eric and Jordan did not have to come check on me or my car but they did. I believe it really speaks for itself who they are and the type of customer service they will deliver to their customers. Above and beyond literally, thank you!”

“My 11 year old and I went to check out Game Runners over the weekend and had a lot of fun looking through their collection! My son kept getting excited every corner he turned, but nothing compared to that Pokémon collection in his eyes lol. I had driven past Game Runners quite a few times and never really had intentions of going in, however a random power outage in the area and a google search of “nerd stores near me” led us here 😂 and so glad it did! We will definitely be back to browse some more. This is a great stop if you’re looking for a unique item, or gift for a collector and prices seemed fair to me for the most part, some things a little high. May not be the best location if looking for handicap accessible shopping as there’s some tighter spaces and stuff can get kinda cluttered.”

“My daughters who are 12 and 8 have been studying piano and violin with Mr. Zhu over a year and half. Mr. Zhu is very professional on coaching my kids at their early young and early teen age. He is also a experienced instructor who has been involved in hundreds of show. We recently have a recital at church and kids were showing their talent which has been found by such a great instructor. I highly recommend Mr.Zhu as a instructor for parents if you are seeking who is professional, experienced and full of passion of what is he doing.”

“On 3/20/23 around 5:20pm I went to this location. Clumsy me accidentally dropped and spilled a fabuluso floor cleaner. I picked it up and went to the clerk immediately apologizing. She was extremely nice and understanding. I heard other customers asking her multiple questions but is a the same time. I’m sure this all had to be frustrating, she kept her best customer service face on and handled every thing at once. I understand this isn’t anything too out of the expected ordinary. But I myself work in customer service and understand how difficult it can be. Everyone should remember to have respect for all customer service workers. 5 stars if I this employee for a great job!”
