“Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed. His main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final results”

Immediately greeted by some of the sweetest women you'll ever meet! Had a great simple breakfast with a little good conversation with the waitresses and was charged for the day!
