“For the most part I've been happy with this practice. We were previously at Primed Centerville but when our doctor retired, we moved to Springboro for convenience of location. Loved Dr. Kessel, but he recently left, so still feeling out the new/other providers. Hoping for some consistency in providers and a male provider that my son is comfortable with, but I've heard they have a new male doctor starting soon. The phone wait times at times are annoying, and the lack of available sick visit times are inconvenient, but aside from this, I've had generally good experiences with all the staff. :)”

“These people are awesome! I ordered a shirt on a Thursday in hopes I would have it in time go go out of town for a concert the following Friday. Site says 3 to 5 business days before shipping, then standard shipping time added on. Not unreasonable at all. But probably not going to make it in time. I wanted the shirt though so figured why not try and see what happens. I put a note in the order comments that I’d really appreciate having it by the following Thursday. May have been a tall order, especially if they’re busy and who am I to ask to skip ahead, but can’t hurt to ask. They had that shirt to me by Wednesday. So happy with them and the shirt is great too! Thank you so very much!!!”

“We have lived here for almost 3 years, and I must say that the new owners are doing everything they can to improve the community! When we moved here, there was just as many abandoned and rundown mobile homes as there was occupied! People just moved off and left everything in their homes, the doors were standing open and the yards were atrocious! Not to mention the roads...you had to dodge car size potholes just to get through! The new owners have repaved the roads and hauled out at least 17 mobile homes and replaced them with new ones...and a couple are double wide...and they still more scheduled to be pulled out of here! They have also made residents clean up their yards and patios, only allowing patio furniture and grills! The park manager was a joke, as was the "maintenance man", and I actually still have the tools he left here to run to the hardware store...3 years ago! They quickly replaced the park manager and the one who took her place is the best! She, and the owners, aren't tolerating drug activity either, and have evicted people just for that reason! They have also put in a new sign and flagpole at the entrance, along with a fence. We are very happy here, the place is quiet and our neighbors are the best! And they only raised the lot rent $20, which I will gladly pay because of the improvements.”

“Perfect location for last minute over night staying. Perfect for the snacking needs! Massive selection for charcuterie needs and the wine selection to match. We tried to hurry because the store was closing, but all the workers were super nice and helpful! I would most definitely recommend this location and my favorite part is the large variety selection in the produce department.”

“A great park to play Disk Golf. The course is laid out well. It’s kept clean and there is a children’s playing area as well. Some shaded areas to sit and enjoy the park. There are washrooms as well.”

“Edit: I received a replacement batch of brownies that were on time and so very delicious. I appreciate the care and customer service that was placed on this situation. Thank you for rectifying it. Delivery is a joke. I got the 4 brownie tin and a drink and they were suppose to deliver last Thursday…they arrived today. The ice packs as you can imagine were no longer cold and all the brownies were melted and not consumable. What a huge waste of money, time and resources!”
