“I have had State Farm for 32 years. I recently was switched to Carrie Lifers office, because my agent retired. Of course I was nervous - upset and even a bit frustrated, with "change". But after being with this office for almost a year - it has been a refreshing experience. All the office staff are very responsive to my needs. Paula (who is in the office) is fun, caring, and incredibly patient - when you have different policies you tend to have a lot of questions....she has been an angel!!! If you want an office that it quick, and responsive, but most of all caring - this is the office you want to be with! Couldn't have chosen better if I had to!
