“I am 8 years late however, I’m going to leave a review of my experience with the company anyway. My sister and I buried our mother back in 2014. I was 19 and my sister was 23. Everyone at House Of Wheat was very nice, understanding, and compassionate. Everyone took their time with us, was patient. Services were not that expensive as well. I would definitely recommend their services.”

The staff demonstrates an incredible amount of compassion toward grieving families and makes the experience of setting up arrangements as smooth as possible. Families are informed of options and the staff is careful to not pressure any decisions or "up-sales". Dalton Funeral Home handled my father's funeral, 25 years ago, several grandparents, and most recently, the loss of our baby, and each time, the experience of dealing with this business has been the best possible.”

Kari has gone above and beyond for my family all with a warm smile and a gentle hug. My Father picked Arpp, Root and Carter for my Mother’s services because of her extraordinary work with Veterans, he was a proud Marine. Kari kept in touch with him, sent cards and was always asking about him, so when I called her about his sudden passing, she was right there and there is no other person I trusted more than Kari Daniel with my Daddy and Mama.”

“This review is being written by Alicia's husband.Fantastic service. Sarah is by far one of the nicest people you can deal with. My wife's sister unfortunately delivered a premature still born baby and my wife and I i live in Chicago and their mom was visiting us in Chicago during the delivery of the baby. Yes very bad timing. Well needless to say my sister-in law my wife and my mother-in-law were so devastated cause they couldn't be by her side and making the arrangements become a difficult and stressful time for them. I made a phone call and Sarah answered the phone I explained the situation to her and she immediately took over and handled everything for us.What was even more amazing is she offered all the services at no charge. The only thing we had to pay for was the urn and she even offered to get us a copy of the death certificate at cost so we didn't have to file with the county. No up charge. Total cost for urn and certificate was only 115 dollars. At a very difficult time she was an amazing caring person who took away all the stress during a time of need and did this all over the phone. If I lived in Dayton Ohio i would definitely use their service when it was my time. I highly recommend Schlientz-Moore. Thank you again Sarah God Speed”
