A family member recommended that I reach out to Mike to help with looking for a new home. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect or what the process was. I never felt pressured to view or make an offer on any house, and when I did decide to view a few houses, Mike had already done quite a bit of research on their prior valuations, comparable sales, etc. Once I made an offer on a house, there was a point on which Sellers and I could not agree, but Mike came up with a solution that worked great for both parties. “My friend got ran off of the road and popped a tire and we were stuck in the shopping center across the road with no one to come help. Plenty of people passed withput offering help and we called everyone we could think of that might be able to help but no one was able to come. We walked across the street and offered money to change the tire. The gentleman working told us he would be over in 5 mins. He came right over and put the spare on for us very quickly. He never even gave of the chance to give him any money and just said i hope you have a great rest of your day! He saved the day for us! If anything goes wrong with my car I will be taking it here!”

“I live in the area of this motel. Due to a house fire I was forced to stay in motels for a few months while locating a new home. This motel always looked kind of scary to me but as I was running out of options, per cost reasons, I decided to check this place out. Believe it or not, this was one of the best places for my money that I stayed during my house hunt. The room itself was actually really nice as well as probably the largest of all the rooms I was in. They offered a great weekly rate as well as the best pet rate of any motel/hotel I've ever stayed in. There were no bugs any where. The negatives were the sheets & blankets were old and stained but they were washed. The only microwave was at the office and no fridge was available at all. The owner Mr. Patel is great. He comes across as a little harsh but he's actually very nice and will try to accommodate good people that need help. Overall, I would give this motel an 8 out of 10. Don't judge a motel by its outer appearance. This is by far one of the best places within probably a 10+ mile radius and when you add in the nightly or weekly rate, you'll find nothing even remotely close to this place. Keep it up Mr. Patel!!! Get some new bedding and in room microwaves & I guarantee you'll get a lot more traffic through there.”
