Danielle, Bud and the team let me know gently I had made a mistake purchasing my popup and that it was not safe for my little girl. Danielle then at my request showed me a couple of units one that never even hit the website. They on a handshake never listed the camper and worked with me to help review financing options to make this a dream come true for my family and I. We even ran into an unforeseen manufacturer issue right after I purchased. Danielle messaged me to assure me everything was going to be ok and BUD TREATED ME LIKE I COULD HAVE BEEN HIS SON taking care of the not only the issue but going over the camper in fine detail to make sure My wife, Daughter, and I would be safe happy and ready to hit the campgrounds!
