“Been going here for years, as I am a Senior here. Overall, the facility is great. Lots of equipment (although it is a bit dated) like with treadmills and lots of weights and weight machines. Also, the pool area is great: they have both a lap pool and a pool for kids to play in as well as an amazing sauna that can fit a lot of people so it usually won't get too crowded there. The one downside I have experienced here was during COVID: lots of employees had an attitude, and a very mean one at that. They would yell at me each time my mask slipped off my nose. Even if I wiped the sweat off my face and took my mask off they would yell at me. Honestly it's like these guys (and girls) never heard of being polite. Is it too hard to say "please" SMH.”

“Very cool environment to lift without a lot of distractions. Its weird and seems a little unsafe that there isn’t a staff at all times there in case someone drops weight on themself or gets hurt. Otherwise I like it!”

“All Heart Crossfit is an amazing community of people. The coaches are all top notch! They scale all workouts to ensure your success. I've been bringing my 11 year old son and despite his frustrations of learning new skills his attitude has greatly improved. This is purely based on positive coaching from the staff. It is clear early on that they will work with you on every movement, and ensure your safety through the physical exercises. The people and coaches at All Heart are what makes it a great place. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, or not the biggest fan of excersise...(me) you will enjoy every moment at this gym. I give it a solid 11 out of the possible 5 stars.”
