Some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in healthcare (and I’ve worked as a clinician in Hospitals, etc.). “Been going here for years, as I am a Senior here. Overall, the facility is great. Lots of equipment (although it is a bit dated) like with treadmills and lots of weights and weight machines. Also, the pool area is great: they have both a lap pool and a pool for kids to play in as well as an amazing sauna that can fit a lot of people so it usually won't get too crowded there. The one downside I have experienced here was during COVID: lots of employees had an attitude, and a very mean one at that. They would yell at me each time my mask slipped off my nose. Even if I wiped the sweat off my face and took my mask off they would yell at me. Honestly it's like these guys (and girls) never heard of being polite. Is it too hard to say "please" SMH.”
