We did not receive nor expect any discounts or incentives for submitting this review. We are from Pennsylvania and Heindl is 250+ miles one way from us. There are two nearby in-state Ural Dealers within 100 miles(ish) of us. I retired in 2012 and my wife and I have been eyeballing a Ural since 1997 while watching two local Ural Dealers come and go. The stability of David and Jon Heindl's years of in-depth commitment to only the Ural Brand and their willingness to take the no pressure time to let you walk around the showroom (and on the phone) to "kick some tires" thru sharing their years of their experience(s) with extensive "how to and fyi" YouTube videos made purchasing from them a no-brainer.”

“This is a fabulous place to go! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 I’d give it five stars but we miss not being able to park & get out to walk around. 🚷We’d take pictures of the family, look inside the tiny holiday houses on display, and, OF COURSE, cookies with Santa! ♥️📸 🏠🎅🤶🍪 The most fun for everyone of all ages is The Santa Cabin! This had been one of our Christmas traditions for many years. All the volunteers were friendly & the Christmas magic in the atmosphere was like a warm thick fog of holiday perfection. 🎄🥰🕯️ It is sad & very disappointing to see the “new norm”. I, as well, as many others, hope this is not permanent 🙏”

“We new the storm was coming but the power outage was a bit of a surprise. That being said IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF to get extra blankets it should not have taken that long to he boys were scared wouldn't let me leave them so my Mom had to find her way to the front desk and request blankets. Other than that great food and service always our favorite place to be around the holidays enjoying the pool good food and family. We will be back and looking forward to it.”

“I left a desperate message on his voicemail early in the morning. I didn't expect to hear back until business hours. He called us back on a Sunday while going through difficulties of his own. He advised us without being a prior client. He was professional kind and gave us very good advice. He put himself on call with us before receiving a single dime and assured us he is here throughout our girls potentially complicated delivery. He has a client for life with us now. We have had a time finding just the right veterinarian who was competent affordable and cared for our animals in all ways. “I go birding here fairly regularly. This is a nice wildlife area with forest, prairie and a few marshes, but it's primarily managed for hunting. The trails are not mowed during the breeding season, so the grass becomes quite tall and hard to walk through. I'm excited that the ODNR has purchased the rest of the scout reservation, there's lots more to explore. Overall its a nice area, I just wish there was better access for the average hiker or birder.”
