None of this was Josh's fault. He had all the correct knowledge and in fact, was waiting on some delayed items to clear before he reached out. Then HE personally reached back out to me which was nice to bypass that 3rd party customer service line. He took the time and effort to make sure my bill was correct and we were happy. They kept the office extremely clean at all times and after every patient. Service was fairly prompt. Each team member was great at listening, answering questions and providing recommendations, all with a smile! I had a different doctor than I normally do for my recent visit, and I can confidently say that both Dr. Ketner and Dr. Miller have excellent skills and bedside manner and I feel equally comfortable seeing either. The moment I felt anything and let him know he took care of it. I had two extractions and no pain 24 hours later. I was in and out in an hour.
