Helzberg Diamonds

We’ve been visiting this location since 2016 when we moved back to the area and have had nothing but fabulous service. I had an issue with my engagement ring and between this store and corporate they were able to fit me with a new and better ring that I couldn’t be happier with! We just recently visited Heather who was able to assist both myself and my husband with our jewelry needs. Friendly and helpful service every single visit.

My husband and I highly recommend Helzberg. We always tell family and friends to check them out when looking for jewelry. They have something in all price ranges and are so helpful and friendly. I also love that they recently went electronic with their ring inspection info - makes it so easy to keep up to date on inspections. My husband and I have gotten my engagement ring and wedding bands, and recently got an anniversary band. They soldered my bands together and I had them back in a short time - felt like forever though. I also love their jewelry cleaner and cloth for all my jewelry. Can’t say enough wonderful things!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Went to three other local places before this and did not get the same help or information and felt pressured into buying something without anything being explained. Heather immediately welcomed us and pulled a couple rings after I described what I was looking for. The first one she got out was the one I ended up with! She went into so much detail about the ring, and even had the jeweler Tim sit down with us and show us the diamond under the microscope. The jeweler Tim spent time talking with us and showing us all the ins and outs of the diamond. They were not pushy at all and so helpful! I will be coming here for all of my jewelry from here on!

Nothing but great things to say about everyone that works here & this place in general!! They are all so thoughtful & welcoming to their customers. From my promise ring, to engagement, to wedding - we will continue to get all jewelry pieces here!! Can’t wait to get my anniversary band in a few years from them. Love love love this jeweler!!!!

Visiting Helzberg Diamonds is a wonderful experience, whether it is in person or online. But if you can, I recommend visiting in-person; the team at this Helzberg is absolutely amazing! They are kind and extremely helpful, and they walk that fine line between salesperson and helpful customer service with ease. The gentleman that took care of us gave us a tour of the entire store and pointed out all of the beautiful pieces and identifying very quickly what our favorites were. The prices were affordable and the sale prices were phenomenal. We walked in shopping for Mother's Day pieces for my Mommy and walked out with pieces for her, for me, and for my daughter! We were able to purchase all of these pieces for the price of one piece at the jewelry store across the street. If you are in the market for fine jewelry I would suggest making Helzberg Diamonds your first choice!
