Although JB Jeweler’s could be a little more attentive with e-mails to provide re-assurance to the customer, overall, my experience was easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy with them.

I’m extremely happy with the quality of my ring and at the cost it was made for.

I would like to add that the images on their site also made the diamonds on the ring that I ordered seem a little bigger than when I received them (probably due to zooming-in on the ring).

Nonetheless! Whichever color you choose should decorate your ring lovely (I chose white/clear diamonds).

I would definitely order again from these guys if anything ever happened to my ring.

Unlike chain jewelry shops, no matter how busy they are, John and Jack will take the time to make sure you’re 100% confident in your purchase and your jewelry piece. Seems like these guys truly do care about their craft and the feedback from their customers. One of my favorite every-day statements, to this day, are a pair of heart shaped earrings. AMAZING quality and absolutely adorable (helped picked by John.) Side note: Love the aesthetic of the store and they always seems to be playing very up-to-date music and it’s never too distracting or loud!

I recently saw an ad for this jeweler and decided to check them out for a size reduction on a vintage ring. The ring was thick and I was nervous how the end product would turn out. The ring was finished within the given turnaround time. It was jaw dropping beautiful! Excellent craftsmanship and very good price for the work done. I like this shop.
