At the initial care conference, the social worker and the assistant director of nursing were very aware of my mother-in-law's background and answered all of my wife's questions. The staff on her wing are extremely kind and try to motivate her as much as possible. My wife can log in and see exactly what her mom's stats are at any given time. The rooms are very clean and I love that the facility is calm and does not have a "frantic" feel about it. Reception staff are very friendly, as well.”
